The awards are vital to motivating the children to do more, and they self-approve their deeds and hard work and train better for their endeavours. We at Kids tutelage ensure that children see the awards as an acknowledgement for their efforts and a reward for reaching a milestone, not an accomplishment. We make sure that the children are given enough appreciation and acknowledgment enough.
